Chakra is a concept referring to wheel-like vortices which, according to traditional Indian medicine, are believed to exist in the surface of the etheric double of man. The Chakras are said to be “force centres” or whorls of energy permeating, from a point on the physical body, the layers of the subtle bodies in an ever-increasing fan-shaped formation (the fans make the shape of a love heart). Rotating vortices of subtle matter, they are considered the focal points for the reception and transmission of energies. Seven major chakras or energy centres (also understood as wheels of light) are generally believed to exist, located within the subtle body.

It is typical for chakras to be depicted in either of two ways:

    * Flower-like
* Wheel-like

In the former, a specific number of petals are shown around the perimeter of a circle. In the latter, a certain number of spokes divide the circle into segments that make the chakra resemble a wheel or chakra. Each chakra possesses a specific number of segments or petals.

The following seven primary chakras are commonly described:

   1. Muladhara (Sanskrit: मूलाधार, Mūlādhāra) Base or Root Chakra (last bone in spinal cord *coccyx*)
2. Swadhisthana (Sanskrit: स्वाधिष्ठान, Svādhiṣṭhāna) Sacral Chakra (ovaries/prostate)
3. Manipura (Sanskrit: मणिपूर, Maṇipūra) Solar Plexus Chakra (navel area)
4. Anahata (Sanskrit: अनाहत, Anāhata) Heart Chakra (heart area)
5. Vishuddha (Sanskrit: विशुद्ध, Viśuddha) Throat Chakra (throat and neck area)
6. Ajna (Sanskrit: आज्ञा, Ājñā) Brow or Third Eye Chakra (pineal gland or third eye)
7. Sahasrara (Sanskrit: सहस्रार, Sahasrāra) Crown Chakra (Top of the head; ‘Soft spot’ of a newborn)

Chakras in the head from lowest to highest are: golata, talu/talana/lalana, ajna, talata/lalata, manas, soma, sahasrara (and sri inside it.)

The Seven Major Chakras

Sahasrara: The Crown Chakra

Sahasrara is generally considered to be the chakra of pure consciousness. Its role may be envisioned somewhat similarly to that of the pituitary gland, which secretes emanuel hormones to communicate to the rest of the endocrine system and also connects to the central nervous system via the hypothalamus. The thalamus is thought to have a key role in the physical basis of consciousness. Symbolized by a lotus with one thousand petals, it is located at the crown of the head. Sahasrara is represented by the colour violet and it involves such issues as inner wisdom and the death of the body. Sahasrara’s inner aspect deals with the release of karma, physical action with meditation, mental action with universal consciousness and unity, and emotional action with “beingness”.

Ajna: The Brow Chakra

Ajna (along with Bindu, is also known as the third eye chakra) is linked to the pineal gland which may inform a model of its envisioning. The pineal gland is a light sensitive gland that produces the hormone melatonin which regulates sleep and waking up. Ajna is symbolised by a lotus with two petals, and corresponds to the colour white, indigo or deep blue. Ajna’s key issues involve balancing the higher & lower selves and trusting inner guidance. Ajna’s inner aspect relates to the access of intuition. Mentally, Ajna deals with visual consciousness. Emotionally, Ajna deals with clarity on an intuitive level.

(Note: some opine that the pineal and pituitary glands should be exchanged in their relationship to the Crown and Brow chakras, based on the description in Arthur Avalon’s book on kundalini called Serpent Power or empirical research.)

Vishuddha: The Throat Chakra

Vishuddha (also Vishuddhi) may be understood as relating to communication and growth through expression. This chakra is paralleled to the thyroid, a gland that is also in the throat and which produces thyroid hormone, responsible for growth and maturation. Symbolised by a lotus with sixteen petals. Vishudda is characterized by the colour light or pale blue, or turquoise. It governs such issues as self-expression and communication, as discussed above. Physically, Vishuddha governs communication, emotionally it governs independence, mentally it governs fluent thought, and spiritually, it governs a sense of security.

Anahata: The Heart Chakra

Anahata, or Anahata-puri, or padma-sundara is related to the thymus, located in the chest. The thymus is an element of the immune system as well as being part of the endocrine system. It is the site of maturation of the T cells responsible for fending off disease and may be adversely affected by stress. Anahata is symbolised by a lotus flower with twelve petals. (See also heartmind). Anahata is related to the colours green or pink. Key issues involving Anahata involve complex emotions, compassion, tenderness, unconditional love, equilibrium, rejection and well-being. Physically Anahata governs circulation, emotionally it governs unconditional love for the self and others, mentally it governs passion, and spiritually it governs devotion.

Manipura: The Solar Plexus Chakra

Manipura or manipuraka is related to the metabolic and digestive systems. Manipura is believed to correspond to Islets of Langerhans,[34] which are groups of cells in the pancreas, as well as the outer adrenal glands and the adrenal cortex. These play a valuable role in digestion, the conversion of food matter into energy for the body. Symbolised by a lotus with ten petals. The colour that corresponds to Manipura is yellow. Key issues governed by Manipura are issues of personal power, fear, anxiety, opinion-formation, introversion, and transition from simple or base emotions to complex. Physically, Manipura governs digestion, mentally it governs personal power, emotionally it governs expansiveness, and spiritually, all matters of growth.

Svadhisthana: The Sacral Chakra

Swadhisthana, Svadisthana or adhishthana is located in the sacrum (hence the name) and is considered to correspond to the testes or the ovaries that produce the various sex hormones involved in the reproductive cycle. Svadisthana is also considered to be related to, more generally, the genitourinary system and the adrenals. The Sacral Chakra is symbolized by a lotus with six petals, and corresponds to the colour orange. The key issues involving Svadisthana are relationships, violence, addictions, basic emotional needs, and pleasure. Physically, Svadisthana governs reproduction, mentally it governs creativity, emotionally it governs joy, and spiritually it governs enthusiasm.

Muladhara: The Base Chakra

Muladhara or root chakra is related to instinct, security, survival and also to basic human potentiality. This centre is located in the region between the genitals and the anus. Although no endocrine organ is placed here, it is said to relate to the gonads and the adrenal medulla, responsible for the fight-or-flight response when survival is under threat. There is a muscle located in this region that controls ejaculation in the sexual act of the human male. A parallel is charted between the sperm cell and the ovum where the genetic code lies coiled and the kundalini. Muladhara is symbolized by a lotus with four petals and the colour red. Key issues involve sexuality, lust and obsession. Physically, Muladhara governs sexuality, mentally it governs stability, emotionally it governs sensuality, and spiritually it governs a sense of security.

Woodroffe also describes 7 head chakras (including Ajna and Sahasrara) in his other Indian text sources. Lowest to highest they are: Talu/Talana/Lalana, Ajna, Manas, Soma, Brahmarandra, Sri (inside Sahasrara), Sahasrara.

You can download the song from Sendspace HERE.

Take It! My Sailor Uniform
Vocals: Hirano Aya, Kato Emiri, Fukuhara Kaori, Endo Aya as Izumi Konata, Hiiragi Kagami, Hiiragi Tsukasa, Tahara Miyuki

At vaguely 3cm, is that called squishy? Geez!
My wrapping is a uniform… Right, I’m not pretending it, pbbt.
I’ll try my best ♥ I’ll do it
Catch & Release at that moment, gak
In between the sweat (Fuu) sweat (Fuu), Darlin’ darlin’ F R E E Z E!!
Kinda down, kinda out
I love you- Huh, one’s wrong?
Worrier, high metal bar
Foodie- Cut it out

About the blushing of that girl who jumped
She’s a normal girl, so to speak
Is it just me who was surprised? Tonkotsu wires, another helping-ping-ping

POM-POM cheerleaders
Let’s get! Cherry pie
FUN FUN welcome party
Look up! Sensation
Yeah! The feeling of existence …Little planets
They collided and melted, dumbfounded
Singing loudly, four rangers

Take it!
The one who will be laughing at the end should be me
Because it’s a sailor uniform, that’s it ← The conclusion
Even though it’s Monday!
I’m not feeling well, so what to do?
Summer clothes are nice ← Oh? So! Cutesy

I hesitate until it gets close to 3 pix’s, yah ☆
Try your best, be eager, My Darlin’ darlin’ P L E A S E!!
Rising, descending
Falling in love- Keep it a secret still, that’s logic
Spoiled kid, bodyguard
Report card- Get cocky and you’ll be crushed

I tell that guy my pinky that got stepped on hurts
There’s an exaggerated glimpse of black knee-highs
Is it absolute, is it territory? I demand my bare feet to be smooth-ooth-ooth

WORRIES, delusion chronicles
Let’s go! Parthenon
WILD-WILD Soran song and dance
What’s up? Temptation
Hey! The feeling of loss; a $$ part-time job
If you search for it, you’ll find it
You naturally have absolutely no fear for life

Try it!
What aims for new rules is my challenge
Even if I change my sailor uniform = me
What to do on weekends?
A flash of skin is common!
Uniforms are simple = easy

At wind speed 3 meters, I hold onto you and endure it, guish ☆
Your chest thumps, your tummy cramps, I’m Sugar sugar S W E E T!!
POM-POM WORRIES Day
Let’s get! Uh Uh Ah!
FUN-FUN chop chop kick
Look up! Fu Fu Ho!
HI! Education!! Love is ABC
Um, I wonder, um, I wonder, lightly lightly
It gets sunny, I get a crush, tragic love and such

Take it!
The one who will be laughing at the end should be me
Because it’s a sailor uniform, that’s it ← The conclusion
Even though it’s Monday!
I’m not feeling well, so what to do?
Summer clothes are nice ← Oh? So! Cutesy

Just as I thought
The one who will be laughing at the end should be me
Because it’s a sailor uniform, that’s it ← The conclusion

At vaguely 3cm, is that called squishy? Whoa!
My wrapping is a uniform… Right, I’m not pretending it, poh.
I’ll try my best ♥ I’ll do it
That and in cap & jersey, hah
If they turn see-through due to my sweat, it’s Darlin’ darlin’ A M U S E!!
Notes:
There are tons of wordplay and puns in the song that probably died during the translation.

The 3cm refers to the gap between the bottom of the sailor uniform shirt and the top of the uniform skirt, which is caused by the uniform wearer getting fat, therefore exposing skin that is ’squishy’.

Tonkotsu is a type of Japanese soup made with pork bones and usually used as a stock.

We watched this movie and it is really one of the best. Two thumbs up to James Cameron.

At first we thought it was a movie of Avatar, The Legend of Ang. Our friend told us that we must see this movie because it is great, he told us that the protagonist has a color blue body, he didn’t tell the whole story for us not to be spoiled so the information is short for us to realize that it was different from what we thought giving a false impression to the movie. One day we went to the cinema theater and bought tickets to watch New Moon of Twilight Saga, before the movie starts there are movie thriller’s showed and one of it was Avatar. We were shocked that it is a lot different from what we thought. Then we planned to watch this movie.

In the future, Jake, a paraplegic war veteran, is brought to another planet, Pandora, which is inhabited by the Na’vi, a humanoid race with their own language and culture. Those from Earth find themselves at odds with each other and the local culture. Written by Giorgio_C

When his brother is killed in battle, paraplegic Marine Jake Sully decides to take his place in a mission on the distant world of Pandora. There he learns of greedy corporate figurehead Parker Selfridge’s intentions of driving off the native humanoid “Na’vi” in order to mine for the precious material scattered throughout their rich woodland. In exchange for the spinal surgery that will fix his legs, Jake gathers intel for the cooperating military unit spearheaded by gung-ho Colonel Quaritch, while simultaneously attempting to infiltrate the Na’vi people with the use of an “avatar” identity. While Jake begins to bond with the native tribe and quickly falls in love with the beautiful alien Neytiri, the restless Colonel moves forward with his ruthless extermination tactics, forcing the soldier to take a stand – and fight back in an epic battle for the fate of Pandora. Written by The Massie Twins

OK! after watching the movie we were shocked about the concepts and the settings of the movie and even the name of the world itself for which they called “Pandora” because year before the movie was shown we had made a map of Ragnarok private server and called it “City of Pandora” at first we thought it’s just a coincidence then the story revolves it’s story to a tree and we realized that in the center of the City of Pandora of our private server you can find a huge tree in the middle of the map itself so we think again if this is merely a coincidence or what? Then my cousin made a funny story that the director or the author of the movie had maybe played our server. hahaha =)
